Minted Advisors is a small consultancy in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This page says, in plain language, what we collect on this site, why, and how to reach us about it.

What you give us

When you request a call time, fill in the assessment questionnaire, or ask for our field guides, you give us things like your name, business name, email, phone number, and your answers. We use that information to do exactly what you asked — schedule the call, prepare your assessment, send you the guides — and to follow up about it. It is stored with Google (Firebase), which hosts this site, and we email you from our own Google Workspace account.

What we measure

We use two common analytics tools to understand which pages and posts are useful:

• Google Analytics — pages visited, how you got here, approximate location, and device type.
• Meta Pixel — similar visit data, used to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram posts and ads actually reach the right people.

Both set cookies. Neither gives us your identity — we see patterns, not people. You can limit this in your browser's cookie settings, with Google's opt-out add-on, or in Meta's ad preferences.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information, to anyone, for any reason.
• We don't add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.
• We don't share what you tell us in an assessment — your business details stay between us.

Keeping and deleting

We keep what you send us for as long as we're working together or you'd reasonably expect us to (for example, so we can pick up where we left off). Want something corrected or deleted? Email us and we'll take care of it.
