Is my business too small (or too low-tech) for this?

If you have 3–25 people and paperwork piles up somewhere, you're exactly who this is for. Most of our recommendations are tools you can run from a phone. If we genuinely can't find you 5 hours a week, the assessment is free — that's the deal.

Will you try to sell me expensive custom software?

No. The report prescribes off-the-shelf tools, most between $20–$100 a month. If you later want help implementing, we offer that — but the report stands on its own, and about half our clients run it themselves.

I've tried ChatGPT. How is this different?

ChatGPT is a tool; this is a diagnosis. We find where your specific business leaks hours — quoting, scheduling, follow-ups, invoicing — and match each leak to the right fix, with the ROI math shown. Sometimes the fix isn't even AI.
